This project was a challenging design. The client desired to have four condo units attached and arranged around a common courtyard which led to the front doors as well as two car garages for each owner. There were four model types; two ranch style designs and two one and a half story designs. Two of the models were designed to be located at the entry to the courtyard and two were designed to be situated at the inner courtyard area. The overall scale of the attached buildings and the Craftsman style detailing made for a harmonious overall design.
