The Parkside Town homes overlook Shaw Park in Clayton, MO. Prototype plans were designed initially for the five units and then sold from brochures. Then the town home owners worked with D.L. Design to customize the units to their needs and tastes. All exterior detailing was established during the initial design of the units and they were to take on a Philadelphia city house look. The details and brick selections were altered slightly from one town home to the next to give them their own individuality and character.
