Description
This model was designed to feel larger than the actual square footage. As shown, this home is less than 2,800 square feet. The great room may be built as a two story space as displayed here, or with a flat-raised ceiling which allows for a bonus room on the second floor. Because of the raised ceiling at the great room, the bonus room would be a few steps up from the second floor hallway. The Craftsman style elevation lends a look to the home which is reminiscent of older Midwestern neighborhoods.
