This builder design was one of new parameters. The home was to consist of the everyday living areas as well as an optional guest suite. Today, it is quite common for an elderly parent to move in with the family and what better way to do it than with their own suite. The guest suite is located off to the side of the home with its own entry by the garage. Together with Hayden Homes, this new prototype option is growing with new home customers. This home has received a lot of publicity with local news as well as national news coverage. Another one of the amenities within this design is an indoor/ outdoor see-thru fireplace. The indoor side of the fireplace is in the great room but it is the outdoor side that is unique. In the picture above, you can see the outdoor room created with the addition of the fireplace, making a truly unique room within the home design.
