This was another lovely home for the Chateau de Parc community in Fenton, Missouri. The main goal for this home was to design a large, comfortable home for the family without the glut. This means that there is no study, no auxiliary place for the children or no spare bedrooms. What the family sacrificed in these spaces, they gained in spaces they actually consider living spaces. One of the goals was to create a showcase stairway without it taking up space in the entry foyer. The space chosen was at the end of the home, along a window wall. The entire home has a romantic charm. One of the most interesting spaces within the home is the master suite. There is a see-thru fireplace from the master bedroom to the bath tub in the master bath. There are also large sweeping balconies with overlooks to spaces below.
