The Langeneckert Residence is one of several homes we had designed within the community of Chateau de Parc. This particular home was designed for two reasons. The first reason was to showcase to potential buyers the talent of the combination of Custom Langeneckert Homes and D.L. Design. The second was to design a comfortable home for Brad, Patricia and their children.
The entire design had an interesting play with 45 degree angles. This was seen anywhere from the study to the two-story great room, even in the master bath. The size of the home, around 4,000 square feet, was pretty popular among custom homes at the time. Another interesting fact about the home is that there is geothermal heating and cooling system.
