This home in Chateau de Parc was one of our more contemporary designs. The actual layout of the home was like that of a traditional home, only with a modern twist. The exterior of the home uses traditional materials such as brick and siding, but adds aspects such as angular glass windows. The home fits in well with the rest of the community while having its own unique flair. The residence sits on the top of a hill with a great view off of the back of Tapawingo golf course as well as the Meramec River. The windows at the rear were large custom sized windows to allow for maximum viewing as well as lighting.
